Senior Data Engineer

Work with stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Sales.. to create and maintain optimal systems.
Coordinate with other teams to provide: secured access to each data object and domain.
Data protection controls based on requirements defined.
Model and assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
Build, maintain and enhance data platform/ML platform.
Foster a data- driven decision- making culture within the organization, be a dedicated partner of the Executives team and Functional heads in regard to data services and solutions.
High quality of maintaining Metadata, Master/Reference data, and data dictionary.
Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data initiatives to Executive members and staff.
Proactively collaborate and maintain working relationships with relevant functions to best match data solutions with organizational and functional needs.
Designing scalability of related technology infrastructure.
Data quality via adjustment defined in the implementation plan.
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve work efficiency and advance their data careers.
Oversee the collection, storage, management, and protection of data; develop and reinforce the data governance and regulations across the company.
Enhance data services catalog and quality of data deliverables; initiate or lead corporate- level data projects, consult on function- level data projects.
Perform daily monitoring and handling data- related technical issues and data.

Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge of data- related applications, big data solutions, and tools.
Familiarity with cloud provider: GCP, AWS, Azure
S or M.S. degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or other related fields.
4+ years of working with ETL, big data, relational database and NoSQL.
2+ years of working with natural language processing, information retrieval, deep learning, data mining.
Strong knowledge of data security from high to detail level.
Thorough understanding of the data landscape.
4+ years of building and managing BI/OLAP/DWH/DB systems on a large scale.
Management experience; project/people management skills.
3+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling).
2+ years in software development and programming.
Strong knowledge of programming languages: SQL, Python...

Leadership skill set is preferred.
Experience with resource planning and architectural design of large volumes of data and high traffic.
