Senior Database Administrator

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior DBA, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database solutions that power our global digital transformation projects. You’ll work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across diverse environment

Implement and optimize data models (e.g., dimensional modeling, star schema)
Design, develop, and maintain SQL and NoSQL database systems
Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy and manage databases on AWS
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DBAs and developers
Manage data integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines
Document database architecture, processes, and best practices

What You’ll Bring

Hands- on experience with data integration tools and technologies
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS (preferred)
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
Self- motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in database design, development, and administration
Deep expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases
