Senior Demand & Supply Planning

Objective of the position:
- Handling supply planning by considering forecast, stock on hand, incoming shipments, safety stock
- Take lead on supply planning/ stock ordering monthly review for each region with to ensure fulfill the region sales forecast level.
- Develop and maintain accurate supply and demand forecasts.
- Be responsible for all demand & supply planning forecasting activities related to all categories of a specific region. Coordinate with Product Trade Marketing/ Product Category Management to create and maintain Focus Products list for the Sales channels and regions. Gather information from various analysts and sources, review past sales trends, research demand factors, and help creating customer action plans.
Description of tasks:
Demand Planning :
- Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Lead Monthly Pre- S&OP meeting with assigned- Sales Channel / Product Trade Marketing, including sales forecast sign- off , Inventory Outlook , Ordering plan
- Take in charge for inventory review plan of new product launching & phase out
- Take lead and control forecast accuracy by assigned Category
- Interact with sales, Product Trade & Category management to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for sales forecast & demand supply planning regions and nationwide.
Supply Planning :
- Monthly Stock Purchase Planning proposal based on the forecast, stock on hand, safety stock, incoming shipments .
• Follow up with Purchaser to manage Shipment on time according sales forecasts
• Manage Stocking policy , including Make To Stock/ Make To Order review , Safety stock
Inventory management :
• Control inventory level and improve stock devaluation by Categories
• Raise and follow up actions to clear slow moving SKUs and make stock healthy.
• Closely coordinate and communicate action plans with Sales team / Product Trade Marketing / Product Category Management / Purchasing team .
