Senior Designer (UI/UX)

We’re looking for a visually- driven UX/UI Designer who blends a passion for aesthetics with a strong foundation in user- centered design. In this role, you’ll craft elegant, high- fidelity interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and delightful to use. If you obsess over details like typography, layout, and consistency- and thrive on designing products that people love- we’d love to hear from you.

Drive the design process with confidence while embracing constructive feedback and iteration.
Collaborate daily with designers, engineers, and co- founders to bring our product roadmap to life.
Ensure pixel- perfect execution, guiding features from concept through to launch.
Mentor junior designers, fostering growth within the design team.
Conduct user research, build prototypes, and deliver polished, production- ready designs.

Proven experience collaborating with cross- functional teams (designers, engineers, PMs).
A positive, collaborative mindset with a sense of humor — and a passion for building accessible products that make wellness more widely available worldwide.
Detail- oriented and self- motivated, with a passion for pixel perfection, usability, and discoverability.
A portfolio showcasing complex UX solutions, strong visual design, and thoughtful information architecture.
Strong command of the end- to- end design process: research, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Exceptional visual and typographic sensibility.
4+ years of design experience, shipping production applications for real- world users.
Experience building and maintaining a scalable design system.
Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design decisions.
