Kinh nghiệm triển khai và vận hành các hệ thống quy mô lớn, di chuyển dữ liệu cũ/ Experience deploying and operating large- scale systems, legacy migration.
Năng lực quản lý (dành cho Cấp Chuyên gia cao cấp/Trưởng nhóm)/ Managerial Competencies (for Senior Expert/Lead)
Ưu tiên: Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với GitOps (ArgoCD), Kafka/RabbitMq, cloud- native security/ Preferred: Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD), Kafka/RabbitMQ, cloud- native security
Năng lực chuyên môn/ Professional Competencies
Khả năng lập trình (Bash, Python hoặc tương đương)/ Scripting abilities (Bash, Python, or equivalent)

Bằng cấp và Kinh nghiệm/
Qualifications & Experience:
Thành thạo Linux, Cloud (ưu tiên AWS), container hóa & orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher/OpenShift là một lợi thế)/ Proficient in Linux, Cloud (AWS preferred), containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher/OpenShift is a plus).
Kinh nghiệm với IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub/Git)/ Experience with IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub/Git)
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề mạnh mẽ, tư duy tự động hóa, giao tiếp hiệu quả (tiếng Việt/tiếng Anh)/ Strong problem- solving, automation mindset, effective communication (Vietnamese/English)
Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan/ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
Thành thạo các công cụ DevSecOps, hệ thống giám sát & logging systems/ Skilled in DevSecOps tools, monitoring & logging systems
Ưu tiên: Có chứng chỉ quốc tế (AWS, CKA, DevOps, Security, v.v.)/ Preferred: International certifications (AWS, CKA, DevOps, Security, etc.)
Kinh nghiệm thực tế về DevOps/Kỹ thuật Nền tảng trong các doanh nghiệp lớn/ Hands- on experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering within large enterprises
