Job description
Business Planning & Target Management
Establish and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target plans across assigned e- Commerce platforms (mainly TikTokshop), including marketing and trade budget control.
Regularly analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Align strategic initiatives with Manager, distributors, and third parties to optimize resource allocation and execution efficiency.
Develop data- driven growth strategies based on business needs, e- Shopper behavior, and market analysis.
Merchandising & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure campaign readiness, stock availability, and margin control.
Oversee product listings, digital shelf optimization, pricing, and online assortment to enhance traffic and sell- out performance.
Lead execution of platform mega campaigns and brand activations, ensuring alignment with sales targets and budget plans.
Monitor key performance metrics (Traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and optimize campaign mechanics to improve profitability.
Develop data- driven promotion strategies by leveraging platform tools (vouchers, bundles, flash sales) to maximize GMV, conversion rate, and ROI.
Store Operations & e- Fundamentals
Ensure smooth daily store operations, including campaign setup accuracy, stock visibility, store rating and customer experience standards.
Monitor competitive activities and platform policy updates to maintain brand competitiveness.
Advertising & Affiliate Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies; manage relationships with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, and external content creators.
Support livestream activities and online engagement initiatives when required.
Partnership Development
Develop and strengthen long- term partnerships with platform stakeholders, agency, KOL/KOCs, e- Commerce service providers, and strategic key accounts through collaborative growth initiatives and capability building.
Reporting & Business Analysis
Track and evaluate sales, profit, and resources.
Follow and update sales report & monthly PnL report.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to boost sales and prepare strategic reports for management.
Requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem- solving abilities.
University Degree in major related to Economic/ Commerce/ Marketing/ Business administration
Minimum 02 years’ experience in same level in retail field (FMCG, household cleaning and cosmetic products is a plus) and managing Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada operations or similar digital platforms.
Familiarity with TikTok/Shopee/Lazada algorithms, SEO, and SEM practices
Understanding of e- commerce strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
Fluent in English
