As a Senior E- commerce Specialist, you will support one of the largest online pharmacies in Europe as it takes on the top three competitors in the market. This is your chance to master cutting- edge tools, explore the EU market like a true expert, and ignite breakthrough growth strategies alongside an e- commerce veteran with over 10 years of experience in Europe. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will help shape high- impact strategies and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CRO testing: launch A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Lead email marketing: manage Emarsys, newsletters design, and grow revenue.
- Facilitate ERP switch: handle data migration to the new custom ERP system.
- Deploy new tools: set up, optimize, and monitor modern e- commerce platforms.
- Coordinate daily ops: scheduling, tracking, performance, and team alignment.
- Fuel market expansion: support growth beyond NL, BE, DE, FR, and ES.
- Assist integration post- acquisition: migrate customer and product data.
- Run dynamic pricing: apply logic, competitor insights to optimize prices.
- Refine onsite search: adjust Algolia for better accuracy, visibility, and conversion.
- Support webshop revamp: redesign into a market- leading experience by year- end.

- 4+ years in a fast- paced e- commerce setting.
- Solid grasp of platforms and strategies that drive online conversions.
- Thrives in dynamic, high- growth environments.
- Deep knowledge of marketing, product dev, competitive analysis, customer insights, industry trends, and UX optimization.
- Comfortable leading projects and collaborating across functions.
- Strong analytical skills to guide data- driven decisions.
- Must be fluent in English
- Bonus: design skills (e.g., Canva, layout design).
- Proven experience managing and maintaining e- commerce websites or portals.
