Senior Embedded Testing Engineer

Job Description
Take the role of a Component & System Test Engineer and the required competences for operating Test Automation projects.
Tasks

Documentation and archiving of work products
Design and implementation of test cases
Execution of tests, retests and regression tests
Creation of bug tickets
Analyze specified requirements
Evaluation of results

Rights

Prototypical implementation of innovation ideas, especially in terms of testing
Review test designs & implementations
Approval of component & system requirements specifications
Identification and application of suitable tools for the development of SW test architecture
Veto regarding local deviations from company standards regarding architecture

Responsibilities

Ensuring the re- usability, applicability, availability, reproducibility and quality of the work results
Finding errors in the device under test (as many errors as possible with as little effort as necessary)
Ensuring the information distribution of detected errors, their correction and lessons learned in the global environment

Qualifications

The following section describes the common and tool requirements to fulfill the operational work.
Should be graduated / post graduated in Computers or IT
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Professional proficiency in English – spoken and written.
