Senior Executive (Qa), Chuyên Viên Dự Án (Gross Salary Upto Usd1100)

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and as- built drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct routine site inspections, supervise defect rectification works, and ensure pre- completion inspections are carried out in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
Supervise on- site construction activities to ensure work is executed in line with quality standards, safety regulations, and the master schedule.
Inspect completed units to verify they meet the required quality standards before handover from contractors.
Formulate and maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures including workflow charts, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and checklists.
Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards by both internal QC teams and external contractors.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.
