Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Executive- Sales manages business partners and designated market area to reach agreed turnover and profit objectives and achieve the desired market position within the scope of the mid- and long- term strategy as defined by the management.
• Manage business partner forecast and the phase in- out of old and new products in close co- operation with the marketing department and supply chain management department.
• Gather, consolidate, analyze and report internal and external sales and marketing data using internal and external sources.
• Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible.
• Build and strengthen good relationships with distributors, key customers, and KOLs.
• Collect market insight and competitor information regularly for strategy and action plan planning.
• Achieve Annual Sales target as per assigned market area.
