Senior Expert, Digital Sales Management

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for driving the digital sales strategies to deliver on their allocated sales plans within the digital sales portfolio.
• The job holder is responsible for defining, building and running the digital sales actions to deliver financial value for their allocated portfolio.
Key Accountabilities (1)
• Monitor closely the execution of CJs ensure their achievement of digital strategy, roadmap và P- L
• Create, drive và manage overall Digital P- L, ensuring alignment with BAU overall P- L strategy
• Work with business units và other teams to build up digital financial model and P- L;
Key Accountabilities (2)
• Work with business, partners, analytics and digital marketing to create digital sales campaigns, manage overall digital sales funnel and optimize campaign portfolio and performance to achieve digital sales targets
• Act as liaison among CJs, operating units, business units and front- line sales force (ie. RM, PRM, BBC, etc.) to ensure that the products / services developed by CJs can reach customers in accordance to the approved product/ service design models
• Optimize sales và cross- sell funnels to maximize value from owned digital platforms and CJs
Key Accountabilities (3)
Reporting Results
• Monitor and report on the ROI outcomes of digital sales action plan- linked to KRAS/ KPIs- with the goal of demonstrating the positive impact from these activities on the financial result of the Digital Office and Bank.
Managing Stakeholders
• Challenge and inspire stakeholders through the digital sales process with a view to differentiating the Bank.
