Senior Financial Planning & Analyst Specialist

Reporting and Analysis:

Analyze monthly variances in Gross Profit and operating expenses, providing valuable insights.
Review monthly expenses and prepare accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare comprehensive management reports including financial performance, cash flow analysis, and budget variance reports.
Support monitoring budget usage and cash flow management to ensure funding for business.
Ensure compliance by implementing and maintaining sound accounting practices aligned with company policies and local regulations.
Overseeing and automating key financial reports and dashboards for operational departments.
Conduct regular variance analysis to identify and investigate deviations from budgets and financial forecasts and forecasts, recommending data- driven corrective actions.
Respond to ad- hoc reporting requests from management and Group Finance.

Financial Planning:

Support FP&A Manager to control budgets, guaranteeing alignment between sales, costs, and agreed- upon targets.
Assist in the annual budgeting process by coordinating the preparation of cost center budgets.

Education & Work Experience:

3- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a high- growth environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
In- depth understanding of cash flow management, reporting and financial analysis;
Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
Hands- on experience with budgeting and risk management

Skills:

Prior experience implementing financial systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross- functional teams.
Fluency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SQL, PowerPoint) is essential, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
