Senior Fullstack Engineer (5+ Years Of Experience) - Upto $3000

Fullstack Development & AI Integration
• Backend Logic: Architect and implement server- side logic using Python (for AI heavy lifting) and Node.js (for application logic).
• AI Implementation: Proactive in the integration of AI models into our applications. This includes connecting with LLM APIs, building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, and handling image processing workflows in collaboration with our AI Researchers.
• Web & Mobile: Develop and maintain high- quality code for our Consumer Apps (React Native/Flutter) and Provider Portals/Admin Dashboards (React/Next.js).
The "Dual- Mode" Execution
• Speed Lab (MVP Mode): Rapidly prototype new features to validate market hypotheses. You must be comfortable shipping "hacky" but functional code to test ideas quickly ("Build fast, learn fast").
• Scale Engine (Growth Mode): Once a feature is validated, refactor and harden the code for security, scalability, and performance to handle our growing global user base.
AI- Augmented Engineering ("Vibe Coding")
• Actively utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to bypass boilerplate, debug complex issues, and maximize coding velocity.
• Advocate for an AI- first development workflow within the team.
DevOps & Infrastructure
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Manage cloud resources on AWS/GCP/Firebase.
• Implement product analytics to track user behavior and drive product decisions.

Must- Haves:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Fullstack Engineering.
• Tech Stack Fluency:

Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js.
Mobile: Experience with React Native or Flutter.
Backend: Proficiency in Python (preferred for AI context) or Node.js.

• Language: Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with teams in the US and France.
• Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity. You are willing to "wear many hats"—from fixing a server config to tweaking a CSS animation for better UX.
• Team Collaboration: A proactive attitude in supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and working together to meet project deadlines.

• Effective Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non- technical teammates (like POs or Designers).

• Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
