Your responsibilities:

Continuous Integration & Delivery: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into continuous integration (CI) pipelines and support agile development practices.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and test plans, to ensure transparency and traceability of testing activities.
Test Environment Management: Set up, manage, and maintain test environments, ensuring accurate test data is available for various testing scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve overall testing effectiveness and team productivity.
Manual Testing: Perform hands- on manual testing to identify issues, validate functionalities, and verify defect fixes in web and mobile applications.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities align with product releases and business goals.
Automation Development: Build, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using industry- standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, offering advice on test approaches, tools, and best practices.
Defect Management: Identify, log, and manage defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

This role is Hybrid QA which means we required both Manual and Automation experience
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a bonus
Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) for test automation.
Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques, with a solid understanding of test frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Upper- intermediate English skill
6+ years of experience in software quality assurance,
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
