Job summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead and drive high- level recruitment across SmartOSC Vietnam and global markets. This role focuses on hiring senior- to- executive positions including Senior Managers, Directors, and key leadership roles that have a strategic impact on the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trend analysis to stakeholders
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future leadership roles
● Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
● Proactively source, headhunt, and engage high- caliber candidates, including passive talent
● Drive offer negotiation and closing, aligning candidate expectations with business needs
● Partner closely with C- level executives, Directors, and Hiring Managers to understand strategic hiring needs and provide talent advisory
● Manage candidate experience at an executive level, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication
● Lead end- to- end recruitment for senior and leadership positions across Vietnam and international markets
● Conduct in- depth interviews to assess technical capability, leadership competency, and cultural fit
REQUIREMENTS
● Proven track record in hiring senior- level and leadership roles (Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent)
● Candidates from headhunting or recruitment agencies are highly preferred
● Strong business acumen and understanding of IT, technology, or digital roles is a plus.
● 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition
● Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple senior searches simultaneously, and deliver results under pressure
● Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a huge advantage.
● Solid experience in headhunting, executive search, or recruitment consulting
● Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), able to work directly with global stakeholders and candidates
