02 Senior Designer, specialised in: 2D & 3D Digital Visualisation; Motion (has experience with at least 3D Blender, Maya, 3Dsmax or C4D is a huge plus)

Job Description:
Strategic Project Leadership:
Lead and contribute creatively throughout the project lifecycle—from briefing and ideation to execution and delivery.

Quality Assurance & Mentorship:Review final designs, recommend improvements, and actively support team members by sharing insights and best practices to enhance their work.

Concept Development & Execution:
Participate in shaping project briefs and developing innovative ideas that add distinct value to the brand.
Direct the design and production of print and digital materials, including proposals, brand identity packages, and communication assets.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the Creative Strategic Team, Art Directors, and cross- functional teams to manage diverse, high- volume projects, ensuring top- quality results.

Interactive & Experiential Design:Conceptualise and execute interactive projects from idea to completion, ensuring each design is unique and engaging.

Requirements:

Intermediate level of English
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Proficient or expert in all appropriate software
Minimum of 2 working years in creative agencies
Patient, detail- oriented and striving for continuous perfection

Development roadmap:
Within the first two years:

Become proficient in Design (Design Processing- Product Showcase)
Challenge yourself with Conceptualization (Art/ Creative/ Material Direction) through projects
Get used to related tasks in Production (Dieline Processing, Quality Supervising)

3- 4 years:

Challenge yourself with the position of Junior Art Director through projects
Become proficient in Production (Dieline Processing, Quality Supervising)
Keeping breakthrough your mindset in Design (Design Processing- Product Showcase) is a must

Over four years:

Having full- stack skills to tackle a job from design to production
