Lead and oversee all HR and Admin- GA functions, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, office operations, facilities, and general affairs. Serve as a strategic partner to department heads and liaison with regional/global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
HR (70%)
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
• Manage HRIS system, HR budget, and team development.
• Drive organizational change, digital transformation in HR, and promote a high- performance culture.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Admin & GA (30%)
• Oversee office operations, facilities, assets, procurement, and corporate insurance programs.
• Supervise Admin team, set KPIs, manage budgets, and champion digital workflows.
• Act as liaison with regional/global headquarters on administrative matters.
• Lead company events, wellness programs, and internal communications.
• Manage legal documents, expatriate paperwork, and ensure HSE compliance.
