Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role supports the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and policies to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Coordinate with Heads of Department to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure timely onboarding.
Manage end- to- end recruitment process for staff and operators.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Maintain accurate HR records and employee database.
Administer payroll, social insurance, PIT, and related benefits in compliance with local regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a contact point for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support employee engagement activities, townhall meetings, and internal communications.
Handle disciplinary actions and grievance processes in line with labor law.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
Work with managers to follow up on probation evaluation and contract renewals.
Compliance & HR Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and HR standards.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.) for management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
Good English skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 2+ years’ HR experience.
Knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll; proficient in MS Office.
