Manage employee attendance records, check and verify daily/ monthly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee personnel files and the HR database.
Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance: registration, adjustment, and benefits settlement.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies. Support the HR Manager for HR- related matters.
Prepare, sign, and manage labor contracts (new contracts, renewals, extensions, and terminations).
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR administration, preferably in attendance, contracts, and social insurance.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Good command of English or Japanese (Japanese preferred).
Detail- oriented, responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in office computer applications.
Preferably residing in Dong Nai or nearby areas.

Working days: Monday- Friday (7:45 am- 4:30 pm,45&039; lunch break)
Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
13- month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
