Senior IE Engineer

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units- Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We’re looking for Senior IE Engineers responsible to work closely with internal groups, and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (Production, Import/Export, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Technical Development).
Use experiences, analysis skills, related tools to optimize production processes. Under her/his responsibility, this includes:

Lead setup and optimization efforts of factory, production flow, equipment.
Accountable for the Method of manufacture and compliance to design intent.
To define and deploy Manufacturing Engineering Processes and standards and engineering specifications.
Liaise with the Service personnel in relation to field problems, and reviewing the product/process with the aim of eliminating the manufacturing defects/problems.
Coordinate with production management department in training workers
Lead the project teams, assign tasks to team members and drive team members to complete assigned tasks
Analyze production line and bottleneck optimize.
Successful implementation of kaizen projects, and other continuous improvement tools.
Identify, provide feasibility studies and implement design improvements to suit manufacturing processes, or for the introduction of new plant, equipment and tooling.
Participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA
Develop new and existing manufacturing processes

Assist in production problem solving.
Purchase, install and commission new tooling and equipment
Prepare tooling & equipment specifications and obtain quotations
Provide the necessary plant standard operating procedures and work instructions
Define and document Process Flow Charts and Factory Layouts
Conduct production trials and pilot runs
Responsible for Manufacturing Capacity Management (CAMA)

Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem- solving skills,
CAD 2D is required, 3D is an advantage.
Management and leadership experiences is an advantage.
Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or any related. Knowledge in plastic extrusion, plastic injection is a plus.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
4+ years of related experience and knowledge of IE/ Lean Manufacturing.
Hands- on- style
Knowledge about 7 Tools IE, 7 Tools QC, Kaizen, 7 Wastes in Lean, 6- Sigma, DMAIC, Line Balance, Bottle neck optimize, Data analysis skill.
