SENIOR INSPECTOR

Job Summary：
- Coordinate with GGA/ QA- QC team to get coaching or quality standards updating.
- Manage all inspection records assigned and information from GGA/QA- QC team.
- Ensures that Gemline items meet specified standards by examining materials and finished products for defects. Play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and the satisfaction through the perfection of the inspection process.
Job Responsibilities：
Manage all inspection record and pictures from the inspection assigned.
Conduct the quality assurance as trained & assigned.
Coordinate with GGA/QA- QC department to work out the weekly inspection Schedule.
Follow strictly Gemline’s Quality Standards & inspection process.
Prepare monthly statistics report of inspection.
Review the order information and update shipment schedule every week.
Handle failure items with GGA/QA, GGA/ OM team & vendors
Join with 3rd party factory audit if required.
Job as assigned.
Conduct the inspection as assigned
Ensure that item specifications are correctly understood. Raise hand for any point unclear.

Job Requirements
5- 6 years garments/ bags/ footwear experience at manufacturing and production area
Self- motivated with good analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
English language knowledge would be an advantage but is not a pre- requisition.
Good technical background production
Good at decision making for any kind of quality issue.
Good at computer knowledge
Familiar with quality control and AQL inspection
2- 3 years QC experience at supervising level
