Senior Investment Specialist

Participate in transaction negotiations and collaborate with the Legal Department to draft M&A agreements and related documentation.
Prepare regular updates and reports for the Executive Board on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations as needed.
Identify and propose M&A opportunities that align with the company’s long- term strategic objectives.
Perform business valuation using methods such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and market multiples, along with building detailed financial models.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop a pipeline of potential M&A targets.
Work with partners, investment funds, advisors, and other stakeholders to lead and coordinate the Due Diligence process.
Monitor financial performance and operational outcomes of completed transactions.
Partner closely with internal departments to develop and execute Post- Merger Integration (PMI) plans.

Excellent negotiation, decision- making, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong proficiency in business valuation, financial modeling, and handling complex financial datasets.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration, or Law.
At least 4 years of hands- on experience in M&A, financial investment, investment banking, or corporate audit at large enterprises.
Preferred candidates include those with prior experience at Big 4 firms, investment banks, M&A advisory companies, or corporations with active investment portfolios.
