Senior IPQC & OQC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing of power tools. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality engineering, with a focus on power tools, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
• Other task assigned by direct management.
• Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to establish and refine product specifications and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process, including the identification and elimination of root causes for quality defects.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection criteria, and test protocols for power tools manufacturing processes.
• Lead QB phase for project (Localization, Transfer, ….).
• Manage quality assurance documentation, including reports, certificates, and test results, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior quality engineers and production staff regarding best practices in quality management and problem- solving.
• Analyze data from production and testing to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all products meet safety standards and comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and non- conformities.

Education:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 3- 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on power tools or consumer electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge:
• Strong experience with statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), design of experiments (DOE), and other quality tools.
• In- depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and industry regulations.
Functional Skills:
• Knowledge of power tools manufacturing processes and product testing protocols.
• Have knowledge quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non- technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem- solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Experience with supplier quality management and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross- functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Proficient in using quality management software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab), and Microsoft Office Suite.
