Senior IT Presales Engineer - Good English - Working Remote - At Hà Nội

Support bids/tenders by analyzing technical requirements and preparing compliant documentation.
Perform basic sizing for ERP, Database, Virtualization, AI workloads.
Deploy and configure Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper- V, and GPU systems.
Consult customers, design suitable server solutions (physical, virtualization, AI) and present/defend proposals.
Develop MiTAC server business in Vietnam; understand market trends and customer needs.
Provide technical documentation and post- deployment support.

Good communication in English (Chinese is advantage).
Familiar with tender processes.
Prior working experience at major server vendors or system integrators such as: Dell / HPE / Lenovo / ASUS or equivalent enterprise brands.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2+ years of experience in server presales or technical sales support.
Strong knowledge of server hardware.
Able to work independently and manage multiple clients.
