Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to enhance training offerings.
Manage training resources, including training materials, equipment, and software.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training activities will happen smoothly.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Design and maintain Power BI Dashboard and data management flow.
Design and maintain Power BI Dashboard and data management flow.
Manage assigned topics as a topic owner to meet the organization&039;s needs and objectives. Special for Compliance and Onboarding topics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Lead options activities for specific scope.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes.
Take lead in the development and implementation of training policies, procedures, and guidelines, includes internal process.
Participate actively in ad- hoc Learning & Development projects across the organization.
Manage learning experience platform.
Manage operations process for assigned training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, facilities, and equipment.
Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate and up- to- date information.
What You Are Good At
Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management.
Experienced at using Powerpoint, Advance Excel, Power BI, design in Canva, Power App, Power Automate & GenAI.
Need to have experiences with Learning Management System
High level of analytical skills, coupled with decision making.
Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, teamwork, flexible thinking, building relationships.
Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented.
Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro- activeness, service- excellence mind set, and positive thinking.
BA degree preferred, experience in training related, IT industry will be an advantage.
