Vibula is a leading social commerce company in Vietnam that specializes in MCN TikTok and TikTok Shop Partners (TSP). We support Sellers and Creators in operating, developing on TikTok, and expanding to other social media platforms. We act as an intermediary between TikTokers and TikTok&039;s management system. We will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting channels on TikTok to grow with trend- driven, diverse content tailored to each field.
Location: No. 25, Street 02, Him Lam Urban Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). On Saturday, work online from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Preparing the licensing paperwork of all Entities and ensuring submit ontime with consistency
Reviewing the templates and ensuring PICs properly comply the workflow procedure
Weekly reporting to COO and ad- hoc.
Managing the storage of all hard copies of Company, checking the pending document weekly and collecting from PIC.
Follow up and manage the litigation issues of the Company.
Reviewing the contracts both soft files & hard files;
Supporting on collecting bad debt of Company
Supporting on Ecommerce & livestream compliance
Preparing the Company reports, Resolution Minutes to submit to Gov for all the Company activities
Consultation on senior legal understating to PICs, ensuring all the contracts and relevant SoW comply with the law
REQUIREMENTS
Having strong legal mindset, willing to keep the standpoint in the good way
Being proactive at work, stay updated with the law, being able to point out the problem with proper solutions.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
Graduated from University of Law, having good experience in E- commerce & Advertising field
Having skills in in- depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software
A positive thinker, can- do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset. Aim to complete the task with high commitment.
Having analysis skills with strong legal knowledge.
At least 03- 4 years in similar roles in the advertising field. Keen on learning with clear career path
NICE TO HAVE
Having experience working in law firm is preferrable
Discipline, dedicated and focused mindset.
Open- minded attitude
Having Lawyer practicing certificate is preferrable
