Senior Logistics Manager

Develop and execute strategies to optimize fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Oversee day- to- day operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and on- time delivery.
Lead a team of 10+ executives managing the performance of 16 partner warehouses.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, meeting quality and service standards.
Lead logistics- related projects, innovations, and value- added initiatives to support business objectives.
Manage inventory accuracy and optimize fulfillment costs in line with company OKRs.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements related to warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve order- related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage and continuously improve OMS, WMS, and related logistics technologies.
Set operational goals, define KPIs, and closely monitor performance, especially during peak and campaign periods.
Explore and implement automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.

Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Hands- on experience with OMS, WMS, and logistics systems.
3–5 years of leadership experience, managing and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and data- driven decision- making skills.
Results- oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
5–8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in e- commerce or fast- paced environments.
