Senior Manager - Merchandising

1 Strategic Planning: Develop and execute merchandising strategies to meet sales and profit goals
4 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5 Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms to ensure quality and cost- effectiveness.
6 Sales Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with the sales team to achieve customer KPI’s and stay at the top end of performance in all aspect. Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company policies and regulations.
3 Inventory Management: Work with the Sales Team on managing of Pre- build materials in both fabric and trim. Take charge of the Material Utilization to ensure that adequate material controls are in place that meet budget and do not impact profitability.
2 Product Development: Collaborate with sales teams to meet sample deadlines both in the form of accuracy and on time delivery.
