Senior Manual QC Engineer (Japanese)

• Work closely with the development team to develop, maintain and execute manual test cases.
• Contact directly with Japanese customer via Teams, Viber, Confluence v.v...
• Open, verify report, track, and monitor bug/defects in the defect tracking system.
• Analyze requirement and clarify to create plan/design/testcase in Japanese.
• Meeting with customer to report status daily, issues and verify requirement.

• Have experience in creating testcase, test spec.
• Carefulness and logical thinking.
• From 4 years of working experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Good knowledge of software testing process and testing methodologies.
• Be able to learn/self- investigate new knowledge.
• Be able to learn/self- investigate new knowledge.
• Having experience leading a team of 3–5 members is a strong advantage.
• Have experience working with Japanese customer
• Carefulness and logical thinking.
• Have level N2, N3 in listening and speaking Japanese.
• Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments.
• Basic knowledge about programming languages, databases, web technology.
