Senior Pattern Maker (Garment)

Understand and analyze buyer’s English Tech Pack, measurement charts, and fit comments.
Review fit during sampling process and modify patterns to achieve optimal fit and construction.
Revise and update patterns according to buyer feedback in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop garment patterns and samples based on buyer’s Tech Pack and design requirements.
Create efficient mini- markers to optimize fabric consumption.
Apply proper grading rules for different size ranges.
Handle product categories: Ladies Light Woven & Knit (Blouse, Top, Dress, Skirt, Pants, Jacket, etc.).
Collaborate closely with production team, sample room, and sales team to ensure smooth development and bulk production.

Good ability to read and understand technical documents in English (Tech Packs, fit comments). Intermediate level of spoken English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in garment pattern making. Strong and proven experience in Woven items (mandatory), especially for ladieswear products.
Under 45 years old.
Proficient in 2D CAD software and 3D design tools such as CLO 3D.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric characteristics (shrinkage, drape, stretch behavior, finishing), and practical production processes in factory settings.
