Senior Performance Creative (Video-Focused-Remote)

Creative Strategy & Direction

Build scalable creative frameworks including hooks, messaging angles, and testing matrices.
Ensure all creative output aligns with performance KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Develop and execute video- first creative strategies for paid digital campaigns.
Translate campaign data and performance insights into actionable creative improvements.

Video- Focused Production

Conceptualize and oversee the production of short- form performance videos (6–30s ads).
Maintain high standards in creative quality, production speed, and output consistency.
Provide direction on storytelling structure, editing style, pacing, and hook optimization to maximize engagement and conversion.

AI- Driven Creative Workflow

Integrate AI- powered tools into the content creation process (video generation, scripting, visual enhancement, and workflow automation).
Continuously explore and experiment with new AI tools to increase creative scalability.
Improve production efficiency through AI- supported creative processes.

Cross- Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams when required.
Work closely with Media Buyers to align creative testing strategies.
Support campaign scaling through data- driven creative iteration.

Strong understanding of performance marketing & creative testing
Experience integrating AI tools into content workflows
Data- driven mindset and fast execution capability
Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent)
3- 5+ years experience in digital creative production, with strong focus on video ads
Nice to Have
Good English communication skills
Experience working in performance- heavy industries (fintech, mobile apps)
Experience managing high- volume creative production environments
Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ad ecosystems
