Senior Performance Marketing (US Market)

GENERAL INTRODUCTION

PATI Group is entering a phase of hyper- growth with a goal of 20x our revenue within the next 12 months across international markets (US/EU/AU). We are not looking for typical media buyers. We are searching for Marketing Experts with a logic- driven and data- driven mindset, who can master technology and manage large- scale budgets to directly architect this growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will hold a pivotal role in
perating the Marketing Performance
system:

Mentorship: Guide, technical review, and train junior personnel (Fresher/Junior) to multiply operational efficiency.
Data Analysis: Utilize logical thinking to analyze Cohort metrics, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and CAC. Identify "Winning Pockets" to make budget scaling decisions based on real- time data.
Scale Up (Budget Operation): Directly plan and optimize advertising budgets of $50,000+/month on Meta and TikTok platforms. You hold final accountability for performance metrics (ROAS) and Net Profit.
System Integrity (Tracking Management): Ensure data infrastructure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) operates with 99% accuracy. Ruthlessly resolve policy issues, handle account appeals, and maintain continuous system uptime.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands- on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads. Experience handling budgets >$50k/month is mandatory (preference for POD, Dropship, or Global DTC).
Mathematical & Logical Thinking: Extremely strong. You must work based on data, not intuition.
English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and comprehension (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Ability to scan technical documents, policy updates, and US market research fluently.
Technical Skills:
eCommerce: Proven experience with eCommerce websites (Shopify) or Landing Page Builders (Ladipage or equivalent).
AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Recruitment Process:

Round 1- Application & Technical Challenge: After submitting your CV (with Portfolio attached), you will receive a technical challenge.
Round 2- In- depth Interview: A discussion regarding technical expertise and cultural fit with PATI’s management team.
Round 3- Founder&039;s Table: Direct strategic discussion with the CEO.
Working Conditions:
Time:
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with a 1- hour lunch break.
Location: PATI Group Office – Ho Chi Minh City.
Note: This is a full- time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
