Senior Planner (Events)

Understand client goals and translate them into strong creative directions.
Lead and oversee the development of big ideas for music festivals and outdoor events.
Guide internal brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas stay aligned with the overall strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, account) to shape cohesive and impactful proposals.
Write and review detailed proposals, including event concepts, activities, schedules, and key deliverables.
Create and present persuasive presentations to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and creative best practices to inspire standout concepts.
Mentor junior team members and support cross- functional coordination

Passionate about music, festivals, and brand experiences.
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, concept development, or related roles. Prior experience working with beer, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
Strategic thinking with strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to lead discussions, align teams, and manage multiple projects.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
