Senior PR Specialist

Working location: Ocean Park- Gia Lam- Ha Noi
We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail- oriented Senior PR Specialist to join the Vinschool Marketing and Communications Team. This is a strategic content- based position focused on storytelling, project execution, and delivering impactful communication within a large- scale education system.
Strategic Content Development
• Proactively identify storytelling opportunities from within the system – including academic milestones, school events, student excellence, or cross- functional initiatives.
• Know how to “dig deep”: independently source accurate and compelling information from schools, departments, and internal databases.
• Ensure messaging is aligned with the school’s vision, values, and long- term positioning.
• Collaborate with the design, digital and admissions teams to launch content campaigns across key channels (Facebook, YouTube, email, website, PR kits...).
• Develop and deliver strategic content across multiple platforms (articles, video scripts, infographics, social posts, newsletters...) that highlights Vinschool‘s educational achievements, values, and student success stories.
Campaign Planning & Project Execution
• Plan and manage complex communication campaigns with multiple stakeholders across the school network.
• Deliver clear, data- informed post- campaign reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Be responsible for turning briefs into actionable plans: outline approach, define objectives, timelines, content needs, and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality output under deadlines.
