We invite a dedicated Process Engineer to join us Sika Bac Ninh Plant in executing our mission: to drive the continuous optimization of Sika Vietnam&039;s manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional plant performance across stability, productivity, and cost- effectiveness, upholding the highest global standards for environmental sustainability and safety.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor, record, report the trial for new Product, Process and Equipment following PCP & PMP system
• Work instruction for new process/equipment
• Lead improvement project investment to increase quality, capacity, efficiency and saving operation cost
• Ensure health & safety rules and Environment Management System are followed and maintained for equipment and facilities.
• Work closely with Maintenance team to analyze root cause of equipment failure, reduce break down time of equipment
• Manage operation procedure and improve Waste Water Treatment system
• Focus on improvements, modifications and new installations to existing plant equipment/system
• Monitor and report for trial new packaging of products.
• Apply new process technology to improve production efficiency.
• Perform other duties which assigned by the Process Engineering Manager.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD and similar platforms. Possesses a solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, Design of Experiments (DoE), and statistical analysis.
• Work Environment & Attitude: Capable of thriving in fast- paced industrial environments, excelling both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Highly responsible, with a proactive learning mindset and a positive attitude.
• Language Skills: Vietnamese speaking with fluent English for effective technical communication.
• Education & Experience: Holds a Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering, complemented by a minimum of 03 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Specialized Experience: Has practical experience handling chemicals in an industrial setting. Prior experience in wastewater treatment is a significant advantage.
• Problem Solving & Project Management: Demonstrates strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities, with proven experience applying methodologies such as 8D. Has a track record of successful project management.
SHUTTLE BUS TO SIKA BAC NINH PLANT
The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees Monday through Friday. The morning route picks up at 6:30 AM from Cau Giay- Thanh Xuan- Hoang Mai- Gia Lam, and Bac Ninh. The return trip to Ha Noi is at 4:30 PM.
