The Senior Product Owner is responsible for day- to- day product execution and delivery for supply chain planning capabilities supported by China engineering teams. This role serves as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, global product leadership, and regional engineering teams, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered according to agreed product objectives. The role focuses on execution excellence, backlog quality, and intake control, while aligning with global product direction.

Backlog Ownership & Planning
Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized, estimated, and ready for development.
Own and maintain the supply chain product backlog for APAC delivery teams.
Align backlog priorities with US- based Product Managers and Product Owners.
Requirements & Story Definition
Collaborate with engineering to clarify scope, dependencies, and implementation approach.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Business Request Intake
Route requests through appropriate prioritization and approval processes.
Evaluate incoming requests for alignment, value, urgency, and feasibility.
Act as the primary intake point for business requests related to Supply Chain for China teams.
Agile Delivery Execution
Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning.
Partner with engineering leads to ensure predictable and high- quality delivery.
Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Global Collaboration
Communicate progress, risks, and trade- offs proactively across regions.
Work closely with US- based Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure regional work aligns with global product strategy.
Quality & Release Support
Assist with release coordination and post- release feedback collection.
Support UAT planning and execution.
Validate delivered functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria.
