Senior Product Owner

Product roadmap and strategy

Analyze market trends. User feedback and operational data to determine strategy and direction for product improvements.
Build and maintain an annual Product Roadmap, prioritizing new features and enhancements that align with business goals and user needs.

Coordinate and gather requirements

Translate business strategy into specific product requirements, ensuring a seamless and user- centric user experience.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (including business, IT, UX/UI, data and technical vendors) to gather and clarify product requirements.

Design and Development product

Coordinate with development team in implementing UI/Ũ and ensuring correct system integration.
Prototyping and design. Create wireframes and mockups, collaborate with the design team to deliver an intuitive, friendly user interface and experience.
Work with the QC team to test and ensure product quality before release.

Deployment & Monitoring

Ensure smooth product deployment, handling platform, database and system related issues.
Monitor and analyze application performance indicators (App KPIs) to effectively evaluate features and user usage.
Monitor and fix technical problems during the implementation phase.

Continuous Improvement and Scaling

Optimize product release costs to shorten launch time and increase resource efficiency.
Maintain complete, up- to- date product documentation to support future scaling and growth.
Improve web and mobile product features based on user feedback and business analysis.

Education & experience

Minimum 03 years of experience in PO position or equivalent role.
University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

Professional skills

Ability to analyze data and make product improvement recommendations based on actual data.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology, especially Scum and Kanban.
Proficient in using wireframe design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Visio, Balsamiq.
Possessing good Business Analysis skills, able to transform business requirements into feasible solutions.

Soft skills

Ability to analyze, think logically and make decisions quickly and accurately.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with many different departments.
Proactive, self- aware and solution- oriented spirit.

Priority: candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.
