Senior Production Management staff (22123)

- Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
- Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target
- Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard
- Understand and analyze factory In- house Data for QCD control
- Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system
- Manage sample progress schedule from develop to bulk production stage
- Handling group of business partners (over 5 partners generally), regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
- Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress
- Be responsible for Team or Division Business

- 7 years experience as a Merchandiser, Quality Control or Production Management in Production field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/Garment)
- Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week
- English: Upper- Intermediate level
