Senior Production Planning Coordinator

Communicate and collaborate closely with teams in the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mainland China
Work with vendors to develop and follow up on action plans in line with the company’s goals and requirements
Assist vendors with order management, online systems, and daily operations
Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with frequent travel required
Report directly to the Manager based in Hong Kong
Track order status and proactively identify and report any risks of late shipment
Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an international or foreign company
Experience in the eyewear industry is an advantage
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin), with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis
Able to work independently; self- motivated, responsible, well- organised, and eager to learn
Committed attitude and able to work under pressure
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Production Planning Coordinator position
