Senior Quality Executive

Act as the primary point of contact with local authorities and accreditation bodies (e.g. BoA, MoIT, and other relevant authorities), ensuring successful execution and closure of all external audits and assessments related to laboratory operations.
Collaborate with department heads and regional quality teams to plan, execute, and close internal audits effectively and in compliance with applicable standards.
Initiate, develop, and deliver quality- related internal training programs for laboratory personnel to enhance awareness and compliance with quality, safety, and management system requirements.
Lead and manage the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 as the primary standard, with additional responsibility for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
Coordinate with the regional quality team to implement regional quality initiatives, harmonize practices, and support continuous improvement.
Any other QA related tasks to be assigned by RO.
Ensure the maintenance of accreditation and certification status, including preparation, coordination, and follow- up of assessments and audits to meet all required deadlines.

Mature, self- disciplined, proactive, and results- oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Formal training or certification in Management Systems or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience working with ISO/IEC 17025.
Strong experience and solid knowledge of quality management systems and international quality and safety standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
Excellent organizational, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Quality Management, Safety Management, or equivalent.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
