Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs.
- Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.
Candidate Attraction
- Develop long- term relationships with high- potential candidates.
- Identify core candidates and implement suitable attraction strategies.
- Interview, assess, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
- Provide career consultation, pre- interview preparation, and post- placement follow- up.
Customer Service
- Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
- Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients.
- Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks.
- Ensure high- quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Administration
- Ensure timely billing and debt collection.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of candidates and clients.
Coaching
- Motivating team members.
- Actively supporting the team for completion of the implementation task.
- Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members.
- Coaching and developing 2 junior consultants.
