Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Responsible to achieve both sales target and activities target given by the team lead and management.
• Business Development (BD) in acquiring new clients.
• Find the candidate that suitable the requirement ‘s client
• Understand both job seekers&039; and clients’ expectations and manage successful & good processes in any job- seeking experience.
• Work closely with team lead and other team members in handling projects
• Support candidates from the interview, including scheduling, feedback, follow- up, updates to have offer.

• Must Over 1 year experience of headhunting company
• Good English communication
• Sales and target- oriented good skill.
• Bachelor Degree
