Senior Risk Specialist

Exchange, guide and advise relevant business departments to find the optimal solution for the requirements to be deployed for the system.
Feasibility assessment and pilot implementation of new Fintech solutions that can be applied in credit risk management.
Responsible for building and controlling testing activities
Controlling the analysis process, checking the accuracy of algorithm configuration and evaluating the quality after deployment as well as the operation of integrated systems, abnormal conditions, and system failures to promptly detect and speed up the remedial process.
Recommend and evaluate improvements related to approval/digitization strategy
Analyze, evaluate and support planning and implementation for solutions/initiatives in automation/digitization from approval flows to credit risk management activities.
Participate in/support coordination of high- tech strategic projects
Develop & monitor reports for quality control of approval/digitization flows

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Business Analysis, Business Statistics, Process Management, and Underwriting/Auditing.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, or Management Information Systems.

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions, particularly in credit risk strategy, Management Information Systems (MIS), and operational audit/underwriting.

- Skills:

Strong in operational audit and strategic analysis.
Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Abilities:

Fluent in English: Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking.
Strong project management capabilities.
Excellent problem- solving skills.
Proactive and creative in work.
