KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain customer relations and build long- term relationships with parents and students.
- Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to enhance teaching quality.
- Support and monitor student payments and outstanding fees.
- Address parents’ inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the student’s learning journey.
- Take responsibility for achieving monthly sales targets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Manage and track students’ learning progress.
- Consult parents on Algorithmics’ educational programs.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoys working in a results- driven environment.
- Passionate about consulting and education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Education Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Confidence in English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts and weekends.
