Senior Specialist – Customer Care & Operation

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Handle customer communications and ensure smooth shipment operations.
Support the sales team in developing and maintaining potential customer relationships.
Accurately and promptly update data into company systems.
Manage the end- to- end export process: booking, confirmation, transportation coordination, cargo inspection, customs declaration, and documentation.

Fluent English communication, especially in logistics terminology.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in North America trade lanes.
Age: 24–30 years old.
Honest, proactive, detail- oriented, and highly responsible.
Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related majors.
