Senior Supply Planner

Develop and maintain monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics.
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Lead the monthly collaborative demand review as part of the S&OP process.
Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly forecast based on historical data, commercial activities, market intelligence, and industry trends to inform the projected demand.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Share best practices amongst planners.
Address demand- related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Continuous improvement to the forecasting process to minimize forecast error.
Influence and collaborate with key partners in Commercial, Supply Planning and Finance to understand and interpret the potential impact demand drivers can have on demand and adjust the statistical forecast to reflect those impacts.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to advance the demand planning and forecasting process capabilities.

Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
Experience/Industry requirements:

Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
