(Senior) System Executive

Handling errors related to orders, products, promotions set up, warehouse related, etc.
Work closely with our partner to request more features, API integration and report problem.
Analyze data to help product management make better- informed decisions.
Setup new stores, account, reset account password for end users.
Train staffs to learn and control the product/system.
Monitoring the product data, inputting information into the system.
Oversee quality assurance checks on new features.
Handling orders operation such as: modifying orders, adding gifts, re- create orders, etc.
Understanding the functions of the product in detail and fully controlling it.
Write documents to support other departments to help them control the product/system.
Support all functional departments to query or analyze data as requested.
Daily monitoring ERP system, ensure all performance indicators are good.

Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
Experience/Industry requirements:

Executive: 1~3y
Able to adapt to a fast- paced environment with the ever- changing business development.
The ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Excellent IT skills (MS, TeamViewer, GSuite, Google Drive, etc.).
Strong problem- solving skills.
Senior Executive: 3- 5y
Have good experience in Excel, Word, Power Point.
In- depth knowledge of the computer systems and software that your clients use.
