The HR Department at FPT Telecom is currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in our Technical/Technology Division. If you are passionate about hunting IT talent and want to work in one of Vietnam&039;s leading Telecommunication & Technology environments, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the End- to- End recruitment process for Technical positions (Software Engineers, System Admins, Network Engineers, AI/Data, DevOps, etc.).
Partner directly with Hiring Managers to provide market consultancy, define candidate personas, and build effective hiring strategies.
Headhunt and source passive candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Tech Communities, etc.).
Participate in building Employer Branding and organizing Tech events/Job fairs.
Manage recruitment data, provide reports, and propose solutions to optimize the hiring process.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good command of English is a plus.
Excellent sourcing, networking, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the IT market, technical terminology, and Tech stacks to effectively evaluate candidates.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Candidates with Headhunting or In- house Tech backgrounds are preferred).
Result- oriented, proactive, and able to work under high pressure in a fast- paced environment.
