Senior Technical Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an analytical Junior Technical Consultant with a background in Business Analysis to join our technical delivery team. You do not need deep expertise in our platforms yet—we value your ability to translate business needs into requirements. You will work within one of our streams (Atlassian, Salesforce, or Lark) and support Senior Consultants in the pre- sales and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Pre- Sales Support & Documentation
● Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
● Research technical features within Atlassian, Salesforce, or Lark to answer specific client queries.
● Assist in the creation of Scope of Work (SOW) documents and timeline estimations.
● Prepare initial drafts of technical demonstrations, PoCs, and solution proposals for review by the Senior Technical Consultant.
Learning & Configuration
● Ensure all documentation (proposal drafts, user manuals, requirements docs) meets the company standard before submitting to Seniors for approval.
● Learn to configure the chosen platform under the guidance of the Senior team.
● Participate in client meetings to document feedback and action items.
Focus: Platform Expert (Atlassian / Salesforce / Lark)

Requirements
● Experience: 2+ years of hands- on technical experience in Atlassian, Salesforce, OR Lark.
● Leadership: Experience reviewing the work of others or mentoring junior team members.
● Focus: Business Analyst (BA) Background
● Skills: Proven ability to design complex technical solutions and present them to clients.
● Certifications: Professional certifications in your chosen stream are required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Consultant, Atlassian Certified Professional, Lark Certified).
