Senior Tester

We’re looking for a Senior Tester who will define, implement test strategy, design test and execute manual test as well as create automation test scripts for web based, Mobile app products.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Tester include:

Assist in the training/mentoring of other members.
Analyze Business Requirements, create test plan & develops test cases, automation scripts and execute manual testing, automated testing.
Perform Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing.
Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites for multi- projects.

Ability to work independently, self- directed as well in a team
Web testing experience is mandatory; mobile application testing is a strong plus.
Logical thinking required as engineers
Experience with CMS/Ecommerce (Optimizely, Umbraco, Kentico,..) or migration testing is a plus
Background in Manual and Automation Testing with GUI test, Selenium, Robot Framework or VS Coded UI is preferred
Prior work experience with databases and SQL
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing and 1 year in Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright,..)
Hands- on experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, DevOps and Confluence.
Have a high sense of responsibility
Strong skills in analyzing requirement, defining test strategy and designing test
ISTQB certification is a significant advantage.
Experience in API testing
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
Attitude to learn new technologies quickly
Must have experience working Test methods, with white box, black box, etc.
Good at presentation, report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details
